Quercus ellipsoidalis: This species originates from northern North America and is somewhat similar to the red oak. The leaves are deeply indented. The autumn coloration is almost unique (partly LILA!). The seedlings sold here are about 7-8 cm tall.

This species originates from northern North America and is somewhat similar to the red oak. The leaves are deeply indented. The autumn coloration is almost unique (partly LILA!)

The small plants are about 5-6 cm tall, grown with seeds from an arboretum in the south of France.
